I changed my router password and then had to update Samsung wifi setting on SUHD-TV. Next I noticed that Netflix screen was black when I clicked on app. Tried everything to no avail. Then I noticed in back of manual that Samsung addresses Netflix problems: change the DNS to 8.8.8.8. Select MENU>network >network status>IP settings> DNS setting> enter manually> DNS server> enter 8.8.8.8> Ok. BTW
